How to make players visibile from walls ?

I wana made a plugin when player plant bomb , everyone see him from the wall but i dont know to make a player visibile from wall (like wall hack) ??

will be more easy for me if someone will build me a function (stock/code/etc) like set_user_wall_visibility(index, 1/0) 1=on, 0=off), thanks

Because you are lazy. Check how this plugin do the function ( https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=795222 ) and then use it. You have anything you need,you just have to don't be lazy.
