i tried it on my other server and it didn't work you sure ?
i can't risk to lose the ranks i will be screwed if i lost them so again are you sure ?

Hi,
What do you mean by "not working"? You asked how to backup the ranks so what is not "not working" in the backup process?
Are you trying to copy one server installation's rank data into another?
