I kinda want a plugin who update another plugin if a newer version comes on . Example: On site x.com/version.php?version=z, if the actual plugin is version 1, and on site is version z, auto download from the site the new version in amxmodx/plugins/..

This thing is not supported here, because this is downloading a file from a random website in owner's server, without his knowledge and it can download something malicious and run without his knowledge, it's kinda a slow hack from server side .
