Hello, how to execute user configuration?

If I use this, client will exec the server's user.cfg.

I believe exec is blocked. If not, then that will tell the client to execute their user.cfg file (if they have one)

I think valve only blocked ways of messing up ppl client's settings(as well as blocking modifying of core things like the main menu buttons). But then again, Valve can always release a patch when ever they want to block more commands if ppl start abusing them, so I wouldn't be surprised if forcing clients to take screenshots or record demos would be blocked if ppl turned them into admin bombs).

Execute the server's cfg, even though the user has their own cfg. Nevermind, I don't need this anymore
