please help me find this plugin for heavy class!! so faltao this ability ... or anyone can create a plugin...

It's probably a private plugin or a plugin some user create on his own... i.e. It's not on this forum. Im sure you could request it to be made, but that all depends on the user's time.

You can do this with Giveitem adv. item designer + Resize Players + Be the robot

Except the minigun in that video does not have the deflector tracer attribute.. Its just a heavy with model/modelsize/sound.
