I named my server and everything but when people play on my server it comes out in orange once in a while welcome to half life server... or something like that. How do I change that to whatever I want it to be?

YAY, change your motd.txt file.

But probably you're not talking about cs

So:

.../DedicatedServerDir/moddir/motd.txt

[VEN]

Change line which begins with "amx_scrollmsg" in configs\amxx.cfg.

Can you also remove map induced text or move it to top or bottom/ left or right?. When playing certain maps like sample_b3 the game text "The allies have captured center flag" message will appear where your gun sights are, this is very annoying. If this is AMX whats the command to move it to the top or bottom left or right???. If not got any ideas.
