I don't understand what you are saying.

amx_limitteams 30 3 = limit the terrorist team to 30 players and counter-terrorist team to 3 players.

If I set: amx_limitteams 5 5, maxplayer = 16
what happen with six players remain?

They will wait until some players in team quit and they can choose team. Am I right?
