In Left 4 Dead 2, when someone is sm_happy and type any text, the text is written in discord and also the text put by sm_happy

Example:
Tonblader: hello
Tonblader: sm_happy text

The word relay is to pass from one to another, there's no added benefit to multiple relays. You can use one singular for tens of thousands of servers.

L 08/19/2022 - 06:43:25: [Source-Chat-Relay.smx] Source Chat Relay socket error 3 (errno 10061)

also there is no message delivery to my discord, am i doing wrong?
sorry i'm really noob about "server" thing.

Hosting applications on Windows is already a bad idea. Error 10061 is connection refused on Windows, which could means a lot of things: you didn't configure the client/server side, firewall, etc

Most likely you need to port forward this port


Or not sure if you have it on same machine as server, you might be able to use local ip or localhost instead of your public ip
And maybe then you would not need to port forward, but not sure.
In your Source-Server-Relay.cfg

rf_scr_host localhost
or
rf_scr_host 127.0.0.1

If port forwarding, its possible you might need to do it on your router and also on windows firewall

I gave up, should I just buy Windows VPS? with Windows Server 2019 OS.
i'm have zero knowledge about set-up server, especially with linux, etc

Same thing will be needed on Windows server or Linux

Its the same thing you need to do to make the server reachable for other players over internet
