I wonder if it is possible to make a plugin that shows enemies on the radar all the time? As if at GOTV or SPEC that shows all players on the radar at all times.

Is something like this possible? Just find plugins to remove enemy players from the radar, and even hide, make yourself invisible from the radar.

- Determines who should see all. 0 = default. 1 = both teams. 2 = Terrorists. 3 = Counter-Terrorists.

You can try find settings by using find command in console:
find radar

Some cvars are hidden, and need sm_cvar to change value.

One more thing, would you know if you have or could make a plugin that allows only players with access to flags to see enemies on the radar?

That is, by default everyone can see the enemy, but if a player with flag access uses the command !hideradar let's say, remove the enemy from the radar for all players on the server, you can only see enemy players with privileges on the server.

I searched a little more, I even found some topics, but nothing for CSGO from what I saw.
