Hi,

I'm trying to install this plugin on a L4D server (under Linux).

I well installed the plugin and created directories. The plugin is ran by the server when players connect into.

-> first time, a progress download appears (download the mp3)
-> we find the mp3 on the client, under the L4D sound directory

=> problem : the sound is not played !
-> is not played by the plugin, and not by a "play consnd/joinserver.mp3" or playgamesound or sm_play "Player" "consnd/joinserver.mp3"
-> with a soundlist in game, we see the consnd/joinserver.mp3, but with a null size !

I know that it's possible to make it works for L4D server. I've ever played on a L4D on which a mp3 was played while game loading.
Maybe that L4D files download is more specific than CS CSS TF2 ..?

Do you have ways to help me ?

Thanks

You can find it above the zip file in the attachment of the first post / topic start.

The sound goes to tf/sound/consnd (you have to create this folder).
The cvar can be set in the server.cfg.

Also anyone know if its possible to make the plugin play the welcome sound
only when someone joins the server?
It plays the music whenever the map changes as well so everyone on the server hears the
same clip over and over whenver the map changes.

I've tried and tried, but i don't make it..
Loaded sm_join_sound "consnd/joinserver.mp3" to the sourcemod.cfg
Exctracted the joinserver.mp3 to sounds/consnd , and the .sp - .smx file to addons > sourcemod.
loaded to pure_server_whitelist.txt
Tried sv_pure 0, sv_pure 2 and sv_pure 1 but it don't work..

In console it says:
Failed to load sound "consnd\joinserver.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository

What can i do?
