The versions 64 and 65 are making the client's of my server crash's during the precache/loading, the Counter-Strike just stop the precache download and it continue frozen.

My guess is that there is a file missing or corrupt that is trying to download. Post the server console error log if you can.

My server crash when I spawn... I use version 6.5 without modifications.

i presume you got an error log or something?
look in addons/amxmodx/logs

No error logs...
The server crash only when i spawn and show me that error in console.

First i add some things to the plugin, like levels and others things. I think that it modifications crash the server but then I test with default mod and its happend the same.

if a plugin is causing this you will get an error log in the folder i mentioned above considering that you get that warning in your server console
if you looked in the right place and found nothing then just try disabling one plugin at a time and see which of them is causing that error
