[HELP]Server disappearing and unable to connect sometimes

So there's been an annoying problem with my server. Sometimes it disappears from the favorite list and we have to connect it manually(typing connect <ip name>). Then sometimes it fails to connect to server even when there's people in there and connecting manually does not work. Anyone know what might be the problem?

I'm running smiley's 5v5 plugin and nothing else apart from dead chat

It usually triggers when u leave the server about 3 times and reconnecting

That happens when you start CS without syncing with the steam account. A small window pops up and it says something like Could not sync steam with CS files. If that's not the case, then god bless you.

it's not lol. everyone that played on this server had that experience. another thing is I can't use amx_ban properly they keep coming back lol

Are you banning them by SteamID?

no I was banning by name

how do u ban by steamid? it I tried putting status and pulling up the humbers but doesnt work

man it happened again. this time I got kicked by my own server and cannot connect lmao

Disable reunion/dproto and your problem is gone.
