Thanks bro, This is the ultimate solution for my problem... but it doesnt work for me. I dont know why, I have made everything step by step.

Im trying to start it by clicking "new game" because by hlds.exe it doesnt start.

I think its trying to redirect it, but it doesnt find it. My target server is online in another country (Im just playing it right now) and the ip:port is correct. It has not password.

If I remove the plugin name from "plugins.ini", the server starts.

Whats wrong? :S

That happens when you set wrong ip:port.
Make sure you add to your server.cfg: dsi_target "ip:port" (don't forget about " " )
example:

dsi_target "192.168.1.3:27016"

Also your redirect server is working fine with my plugin. It's just that my plugin redirects instantly (no entering server + 5 sec wait), so you can't connect to it. Check console in your game client when it says "retrying connection to server" to see if ip:port is correct.
