I'm from Hellsgamers, we're a somewhat large community that has TF2, CSGO, CSS, and GMOD servers. We need some talented coders that will be able to assist us in overhauling some of our outdated plugins that were lost in the transition from SM 1.6-1.7! Our first major plugin overhaul would be to upgrade our perks system (hats, models etc), implementing new items, and upgrading it from SM1.6

We have a couple things that we would require if you work with us, if you cant agree to these items, unfortunately we can't work with you.

1. You would have to work under NDA (Not for the code you write for sourcemod, more of any information we disclose to you regarding our proprietary back-end systems)
2. We pay per project with 40% payed up front, 40% payed after completion and 20% after implementation.

We will be looking to make these changes sometime in the next month or so.
