I - DESCRIPTION
Timer for bhop, surf, minigames, deathrun, etc... based on zipcore timer. His timer was old and unsupported by him so I made lot of improvements. This timer have some "bad side" like taking lot of cpu..
I'm releasing for free now cause first people are stoling works and second is I made a another timer optimised and better.

Thx for support all. Now let's going back to a good mood. Sometimes we copy code from others, they are only one way sometimes to do thing in sourcemod. Anyway zipcore timer was from zipcore and is still his, he knows it. I made lot of support(how much I could) Instrall server from scratch, fixing live bugs etc..
