[Issue] Kreedz Climbing !store not showing menu

i have successfully installed the store plugin, when i check the logs it says everything loaded properly

when i get in game and type !shop no menu shows up. and i dont see any errors on console.

if someone could help me with this issue i would greatly appreciate it

edit this is for a Kreedz climbing server, yes metamod and sourcemod is installed and working correctly
