I can't seem to get it to work. I added the plugin to plugin.ini and the plugin folder. Is there anything else I need to have on/do?

are you sure that you created the folder in the correct location (addons/amxmodx/logs/complaints/) ?
it doesn't work at all? what errors does it gives?

I didn't create a logs/complaints folder. Will do right now. You should add that to the opening post.

Still won't work. Do I have to create any other files or folders?

Check your logs for errors. Is it even running? (rcon amxx list)

That usually means that the .amxx file is not in the plugins folder or it's spelled incorrectly.

Works now. But, anyone can type /viewcomplaints and they can access the complaints. Its not just admins. It would be better if it was just admins.

Edit:

I was able to view not just my complaints, but other people's complaints as well. And I wasn't admin.
