It can sometimes be difficult setting up and running a Server and then playing the game on the same computer which i would assume is what you are doing.

Just for curiousity, try changing the port the Server is running on.

In your command line, change -port 27015 to -port 27025

I know a awesome guide for how to set up a dedicated server, yet it's Non-Steam, and I read the rules, they say no Non-Steam guides...
If you really want it, I could PM it to you.

Same problem here, I can't connect to my own server or others, what may be the problem ?

I'm behind a router (wired) with static IPv4: 91.110.164.xxx ISP:EE unlimited fibre plus, I made port forwarding to next ports TCP/UDP 1200,27005,27014,27015-27019,27020-27039 checked if 27015 is open and it is (portchecker.co/check and yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/) gametraker sees the server online,router firewall is off, in windows ports are allowed. setti is able to connect

There is lot of topics where dproto cause problems. To fix, you need delete that from your server

I deleted dproto from server and it's the same problem, didn't fix it.
