New type of.. plugin? Pay for it! (custom model for each 13 levels)

Hello. Idk if there exist some plugins or something like that, but i need to try it.
First i will said I'm using OciX Rank system plugin.

I want some plugin, or this Rank System Plugin to be like.. each type of level-category, unlocked new player model.
Players who made Lvl 13 unlocked any custom model, after this, need to make more 13 levels ( lvl 26 ) to unlock another model. Each 13 levels, unlocked new model. (i want to have ~18 models = 234 levels)

Idk to much about scripting, but i can pay PP for who help me. Ty.

Ask in the Rank System thread, and hopefully you'll receive some help without paying money to people. It's a simple request and can be solved if you can post the source-code to integrate the models with.

You can use any plugin for model selection and edit it to have a level requirement. Examples:
