I have the plugin "basebans" & "playercommands" in the right folder but player cant !voteban

and i have this is my admin_overrides

"sm_voteban" ""

when player write: !voteban

this comes up:

[SM] Usage: sm_voteban <player> [reason]

and if they write !voteban [palyername]

it says: sm cant detect player
