1HP Killer Informer v0.1.0

.: Description :.
Did you ever have a situation when you killed someone having 1HP and no one believed you? Did you ever wanted a public humillation (and compensation) for the one who killed someone else having 1HP? So this plugin is for you.
Basically this plugin displays information to the victim and to everyone about the "1HP kill".
The phrases are saved in a customization file (by default called 1hpkiller_informer.ini) where you can put every message you want, and keep in mind that the messages are displayed randomly.

Did I ask to you your opinion? The plugin is free to download, you can decide if you will install it or not in your server. Anyway, what don't you understand about "Fun Stuff"?

Your notifying the other players that he has 1hp? Especially that it is rare to have 1hp. Also in maps that serve 1hp, this is pure spam.

1. Did you ever play normal CS? I sometimes get 1HP, but you are right, that's the reason of this plugin.
2. You can disable this plugin in 1HP maps (in which you don't even get always 1HP).

Suggestion: Maybe add some reward if player with 1HP kills another player with 100HP. For example increase killer's HP
