you seems to be not having the folders at all. Just make a directory with mkdir .steam (hidden) and then another one inside it called, you can call it sdk64 and copy the steamclient.so file there.

Yeah now I just get this:

I decided to try Open Game Panel but the game server(s) still won't start despite following the installation guide for OGP.
