hey, seems to be a problem with the hunter release using a melee weapon. doesn't always work....all the other melee releases do everytime.....

possible solution to the hunter problem, if this mods still being updated?
perhaps put an adjustable cvar in to delay the command to release after so many seconds. That way people could set it to 2 sec or more.....

check to make sure everything is where it should be and make sure you are using the latest sourcemod/metamod.

those are snapshots and are unstable...use sourcemod 136 and metamod 184 standard release, there stable and work well.

have you put l4dl1d.txt in the gamedata folder ?
Or you can try to download it again
