Need a small plugin that fully strips players when they spawn (No Knife).

If possible can the !respawn command be added to the same plugin, basically allowing players to type !respawn to respawn after death (Fully Stripped).

I've just released a plugin that can accomplish what you wish, search the plugins in my signature for [CS:S] Spawning. There isn't a respawn command, but you can configure automatic respawns. To fully strip players, you'll want to run sm_spawning_strip 1 and sm_spawning_strip_gear "".

there is another one too called starting weapons, but i think it gets overwritten if there is a game_player_equip in the map
