you add it into the csgo/cfg folder. what setting are you using on the server? is it classic competitive or casual?

These setting will only work after you forcestart or ready up. Other than that it will stay on warmup mode.

I've got a question about the auto-demo-record-function ^^

I connected on my server via FTP-Client (WebFTP & Filezilla) but couldn't access the warmod-folders i found and I am not allowed to change the permissions on the warmod-folders. I've got access to all other folders and files on the server, and that's why i'm wondering about the permission issue. Have I got to do something special, to change permissions?

Cause I wanted to download the demos which were autosaved by warmod. I'm not sure in which directory I have to look, but as I already wrote, I can't access them anyways.

you will have to ask your provider to see if they can change it. That is very odd though.
