This is an Advanced Weapons Restriction.
If you have a map that has weapons on the ground and you dont want people to use them.. This removes them as soon as they pich them up..

Usage:
amx_weaprest "weaponname" or "Weapon Group ex. submachineguns" - Refer to Readme for More Examples
Example:
amx_weaprest auto

Main Cvars:
amx_weaponrest < - Enable/Diable Avanced Weapon Restion - Deafult Enabled
amx_weaponwait < - Wait Till Next Round Before Restictions Start - Default Enabled

Voting Cvars:
amx_weapvote_ratio <- Vote Ratio - Default 51%
amx_wvote_delay <- Weapon Vote delay - Default 180 Seconds
amx_xtra_wep_msg <- Extra Weapon Messgae- Default 0 - OFF

Lol its 138 lines but I haven't added the Voting Part yet.

Plus Adding Specal features hehe..

Thinking of also adding punishment option:

health, XP, slap, turn into a chicken if have chicken mod..
Still looking for creative Ideas..

A lil buggy on 1.6 STEAM, but works quite well, i expect future versions will run more smoothly

I didnt find any problems, it is just causes lag spikes now and then, most likely the coding just needs to be optimized, as I said, good job man.

IF you add these commands, dont be like the default weapons plugin, that blocks automatically, they dont even allow you a option to turn it off and on, and there are many ways around blocking those commands but still buying weapons, that will have to be tested throughly, but if you add this command please allow us to disable and enable on the fly
