hmmm ... i think this has been already done a lot of times. if you want something originaly you should do a cvar that sets how the message will look. you can add a motd that shows the admins on the server when called by client. be inventive. i dont think this will get approved if you dont have something originaly.

Not useful and requires user to re-compile the plugin to change what "Co-Admin" or even what "Admin" means [talking about the user flags]
