I believe this can already be done if a player just types in chat an '@' symbol before their message.

Ye. However, I think this plugin can be good, since some players don't get how to use it . Trust me, i've seen few ones.

If an admin can't figure out how to type @ before a message what makes you think /somecommandname is better?

Both regular players and admins can use @ as a start in team_chat to send msgs to admins.
If they think that is to complex they would use sm_chat <message> in console.
What you have done here could be done by just changing a line in one of the deffault sm scripts.

Because if you'd own a server, you would know that people, if anything, try any of the following commands:

    -sm_contact
    -sm_calladmin
    -sm_report

Still, his command-naming makes this quite useless. Regardless of his usual whatever he's doing.

    Also:
House : !adminmsg please admin listen to me
[AdminMsg] House: please admin listen to me

While the actual idea of contacting admins makes a lot of sense, this just doesnt.
