If i play "run animation in milkshape" a bone is to short than the ZM arm texture!!!
How i fix this in milkshape?
All the animation of this ZM have the same BUG!!!

Strange because the zombie_ref.smd have all the bones good!!!

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this zombie model? i tried some zombie fix tutorials, but this is different, i decompiled it, but i don't understand anything... please someone who has a little spare time, take a look at it the problem is the zombie is standing in mid air, and the walk animations are messed up i think...

about the floating this may help:

place this line at the end of every animation sequence in the .qc file of the decompiled model which you can edit with any text editor. If it still gives you bugs when crouching for example try a lower value.

Use jhlmv, choose show bone and you will see there're differents between it and cs model, that why it won't work for cs. It was meant for other mod. You can try to request it to be convert to cs on modeling site like gamebanana.
