here is a messy pre-beta version that should save through mapchanges and crashes, and yes there will be dupe entries in the menu

data will be streamed to the addons/amxmodx/configs/temp_oldnames.ini files, and older entries will be deleted on server start / after a map change

basic amxbans support, not tested

new cvar: amx_banold_amxbans 0/1 (default = 0)

0: (server console)
banid 0 <auth>;writeid
addip 0 <ip>;writeip

1: (admin console)
amx_ban 0 <auth> Generic BanOldMenu Ban
amx_banip 0 <ip> Generic BanOldMenu Ban

I see that seather has not been here since 3 month. Can someone else code this plugin again, with amx bans 4.3 support?

I think that this plugin is the solution for the most problems of hackers. A cheater is on your server, you want to ban him, but he escaped. You got his name but not his steamid and you dont got hlsw to look through the database. What the hell you do now? Nothing. Why? Cause you dont got this awesome plugin
