I noticed that in CSGO game, it execute some CFG files normally with "exec" command.

But for example, using RETAKE game mode sv_skirmish_id 12,
game read configure file gamemode_retakecasual.cfg , without "exec" command.
And ECHO command inside configure file would not work.
