Reason:
1. Their might be a few Team lockers out their, but I searched and the only real/legitimate & easy one to use is by Bardelot.
That plugin is not supported, let alone not working. This one I have been using for a while, Gonzo also helped me out with it.

2. I have been using this plugin for about 8 months now with not a single bug or malfunction, in other words it works perfectly.

3. This is also Included in AMX Super

What it does:
Locks the Terrorits/Counter-Terrorist/Spectator/Auto Assign teams so nobody can join them.
(Dont forget to use the amx_cvarmenu to put mp_limitteams & mp_autoteambalance to 0 otherwise it will automatically switch people reguardless.)

Commands/Usage:
amx_lock <CT/T/Auto/Spec> Locks a team
amx_unlock <CT/T/Auto/Spec> Unlocks a team
