So I have just recently taken over the community and realized that sourcebans wasn't up-to-date. So I uploaded the updater folder to the ftp and ran it and I received this error,

So I attempted to run the updater again and got,

I'm stumped on how to fix it, Also I am kinda of knew to this so bare with me.
