Sourcebans, TF2 MultiAccount Hackers.

we have been banning a ton of hackers in our TF2 servers, we noticed one guy who was pretty vicious towards our servers. same IP different steam ID's. will server banning his IP remove him completely? he would have to get another PC? or Internet provider?
In the ban i just goto sourcebans and change from steam id to IP ban, is this correct?

Most residential connections have dynamic IPs, he'll probably just need to restart his modem.

you say every time he connects he has the same IP so its possible he may have a static IP. if i were you i would issue 1 ban for his IP and install this plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1657024 to keep an eye out for either identical IPs and previously connected with steamIDs in an effort to reveal new IPs this person may be using.

ban the IP# range in source - not sourcebans and that should take care of it - just keep in mind you do that and you may end up banning others on the same ISP but its a casualty of war.
