So it is only immune to the falling damage?

Cause Juggernaut by mydas is that too, but protects you by every other damag, too and so it was really hard to kill someone

Yes, fall damage only.

He uses a health hack to undo all damage that is not a cs weapon. This is to stop fall damage only.

Wouldn't that make the hero invincible in maps that are like surf_* maps?
Or does it only check the worldspawn? Just wondering.

Why would you play surf maps with hero mod. And I don't know which hero your talking about, but this one just prevents fall damage. So, I don't see how you think it would be invincible. If you were damaged by other means you still get hurt including something that would kill you other then from just falling.
