Why is it saying this when soldier_aug_fixed is in the folder..

cause the plugin isn't precaching the model.

in the sma you should find a function like this

chances are you changed the model path where it's used, but not here.

the model files don't help at all.

1. open the sh_soldier.sma file
2. locate the line

precache_model("models/shmod/soldier_aug.mdl")

3.replace that with

precache_model("models/shmod/Soldier_aug_fixed.mdl")

4. save changes to sma
5.recompile plugin

p.s. I believe soldier is one of the heroes that isn't allowed to be posted here since the author(Tassadarmaster) didn't want it to or something like that. So if you have problems and need someone else to fix the issue pm them with source instead of posting it here

my bad, I didn't see that. I just ended up doing a search and found 3 different copies of soldier in trash bin so assumed it was something weird. I never really did know what the whole deal with the heroes done by Tassadarmaster was, I just assumed it was something like that or he just did a poor job of ripping and you hated seeing all the rips. But let's face it, there were at least 2 years of nothing but rips. Only a few people tried to come up with new concepts. First 2 heroes I did that ended up on here I considered rips which is why I never posted them, others did.
