I want a basic !rules menu

Where you can list all server rules, and it popups on user join...

When you type:

!rules

It lists

1 - 10 rules.

It sounds like a custom panel would be best suited for your needs. Do you have exactly 10 rules or do you need to still use the Next and Back navigation options?

Look at the code and attempt to do it. They pretty much gave you 3 plugins you can try to make suit your needs. Put forth some effort instead of doing nothing. It's not that hard if you use your brain.
