Can someone give me some Tips, some plugins or settings to protect the server?

Ant duck, cfg ant, ant xfakeplayer, ant xploit, and others ???

I don't play a game that people hack so that's all I need.

you are a lucky guy so, you don't play 95% of games so, especially online games, theres always a hack somewhere, and most of all, don't play any amxmodx related game, all of them has hack, you are in a wrong place i must say xD
