Most server providers can interconnect your servers, but if you host, afraid you have to do it manually unless you write a batch file to copy all sql databases over to other server installs

Any instruction on how to do this on Windows? Is Python the only way to update the database, or is there another way that doesn't require me to install all that garbage on it for this one plugin? The table I'm supposed to make, is it in the clientprefs database or what? I don't have any databases running on my server. I'm very confused. Thanks
