Can someone help solve this annoying behavior?

In the versus mode, the security door will always be automatically opened soon after the game starts, forcing someone to walk out of the safe area, and the ‘player_left_start_area’ event occurs.

Sometimes the reminder is a BOT behavior, and sometimes the reminder is my behavior, but the fact is that we all stay where we are and do nothing.

Even if I load the door lock plug-in, it can always happen after the countdown. Is there any way to solve it?

I'm not sure if this is the exact cvar that controls the amount of time a VS round auto-starts but no harm in fiddling with it:
