Hi.
Unfortunately, this plugin for Left 4 Dead 2 (v. 2.2.2.1) did not work on my server.
I tried to remove unnecessary plugins, except standard and DHooks , the result has not changed.
Please tell me what could be the reason and how can I fix it?

Thank you, i installed SM 1.11 and it worked.
Voice Hook from Accelerator74 unfortunately is not available on GitHub.

Hmm, the repo may get recently removed then.
You can try HarryPotter repository aswell if you find any issues with SM1.11
