Surf racing plugin

i had an idea because alot of people want to race on my server.. i was wodering if you could do maybe an userorigin sort of thing where you set where the finish and start is.. and you would do like amx_race name1 name2 and the first to get there wins and gets glowin or noclip or something.. admins start the race only

Well what about the other players?
Would have to kill em or something to not let them be in the way, and I dont think many would like to get killed and have to watch someone else surf.
I think that will make people leave.

ahhh, now i didn't know it said name1 name2.

What i was thinking of was it restarts round freezes everyone for 3-5 seconds as the count down for the race and then everyone goes to a defined point. First 3 there get their named mentioned through HUD messages and prizes. iono here are some ideas.

1st could get ANY primary gun plus pistol plus equipment of their choice with an extra life OR 200 health

2nd can get primary weapon OR a pistol with equipment

3rd can get any pistol (no choice of primary weapon)and a choice of any type of equipment.

that cuold also be in there along with name1/2 and the other guy above u, those 2 people could either have semi clip or if they died they would jus have to catch up

lol, i just realized this doesn't only have to be for surf maps either. it can reset round when first enabled (only the first time) and disable buying (you can't buy on surf maps anyways, but this way it allows normal maps to have races as well. The only prob for normal maps is the spawn locations. That can be approached two ways.
1. Set everyone to a team if it is NOT a surf map (set everyone to t or ct, maybe defined by a cvar? admins can turn on ff if they wish for rivalry

)

2. Make custom cfg's for where a team can spawn. this is prob the harder way for admins and clients, but may ultimately be more useful and fun.

To make it more interesting as well so peeps can improve their race time it can show the top 3 peoples distance per second/minute (speed).
