I'm using this Biohazard plugin:
biohazard.sma

Everything works fine, but I'm having trouble with a couple of bugs:
If a player spawns originally as a zombie, the zombie model looks ok, but if he's infected during the round, zombie model gets set on top of the human model.

It happens with whatever model I try.

Also, from time to time, there's a zombie that looks completely like a human with weapons and all but he can't get killed by humans or infect humans...

What do I need to modify in order to set it right?

You should compile it with that .INC that player models api is exacly for that!

The plugin comes originally that way. I already did that and nothing changes at all!

Also put the plugins in the right order:
cs_teams_api.amxx
cs_player_models_api.amxx
biohazard.amxx

Somehow I solved it by changing infect_user(victim, attacker) to infect_user(victim, 0) on line 1021.

Now it only happens when the zombie dies. It is momentarily seen bugged but respawns properly.
