[TF2] CTF No Reset for Round Ending

Is there a plugin for CTF that allows the red or blue team to still win a round, but without it actually resetting the round, and the game play just continues? It could announce which team won say 3 caps if that is what it is set at, but the round just goes on... Thank you.
