[req] Exec cfg without rcon (based on flags)

can any1 suggest me plugin or create new for exec cfgs in server without rcon access... like i want admins with immune access can exec clan.cfg/public.cfg ... and i dont want to give out rcon password or i totally dont use rcon .... plugins should have simple menu like

1. exec live.cfg
2.exec clan.cfg
3. exec public.cfg
4. exec plugins.cfg

so that if we can alter cfgs based on cstrike folder....with easy cvars....

i didnt find any such plugin based on my search words , if it is with different name then please do mention the link...

Works with k flag if i remember correctly

Why not use amx_config and/or amx_configmenu
