Maybe you some other compatibility isues ( other metamod plugins or something )

It doesn't work on 5006 build. Meta list reports it's running, but when you start server you see

[ANTI-DLFILE] Patch "cmd dlfile" failed.

downgrading to 4883 worked!

Exe build: 16:56:12 Mar 8 2010 (4883) [ANTI-DLFILE] Patch "cmd dlfile" successful!

fixed servers from freezing exploit, and crashing whole server box!
