I'm probably overlooking it somewhere, but is there any way to disable hlstatsx on certain maps? There is a tf2 map that we play sometimes and I want the stats to stop logging on that particular map because it's gives waaay too many points. Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone the problem, that upon a FULL server restart, so not only restarting, but killing the process and starting it new, the first database connection freezes the server?
There is already a topic about this in the general, but i think even more, that this is caused by the hlstatsx plugin.
If i start up with all the plugins loaded, the server freezes at the first database connection in 19 of 20 starts. My server restarts every night at 5am always, and it does always try to start nearly a hour, before it can do it right (its controlled via shell script in linux).
It doesnt give any error messages, just hangs at connecting to the mysql. After a minute the shell detects that its frozen, and starts it over. And over and over...
If i remove the hlstatsx plugins, i can start the server always normally for the first try.
If i remove only other mysql using plugins, the problem does not go away.

This isnt a big problem, since it isnt restarted fully during the load period... ive only noticed the problem when i was looking at the logs, what the server does at night...

Instead of disabling it on certain maps, is there any way to kill it instantly when the CAL.cfg is executed? Or is there an rcon command we can use?

sm plugins unload weapon_logging

Add that to the cal cfg, the unload commands are there only if you have SM running with the plugins.

Hey guys there is a very cool mod of hlstatsx and the headshot problem seems also to be fixed. But there are still some litle bugs, nothing critical. Check this site out. http://forum.elstatsneo.de/
