i'm just guessing since you hid the ip address (why do you even do that, when the server is online thousand of people can see it) that your server was banned from valve.

Did you have knife or ws installed?
Are other servers running under the same account working?

I believe as nothing to do with that, I dont have any of those plugins on my Server and I cannot connect to it.
I do have some other servers running with the same account, and I can connect without problems.
Any ideas?

OK so I've seen it in game console, maybe they are doing stuff back end atm. I was able to connect later on after noticing it.

All of your CS:GO servers seem to be responding to the GetServersAtAddress query just fine.

by the way i am not sure if sv_region does still have an impact, but i highly suggest against using "region": -1

set it to your location or only those looking for "world" will find your servers
