Any possibility to add a 5 seconds delay when the giveaway starts and end, and also add sound when the giveaway starts & ends to make it more exciting?

Also, i like the idea about the Clan Tag, but, it is possible to add something which checks if the users is in our Steam group? so only people which are there are abble to win?!
