For remove spec_menu
PHP Code:
client_cmd(id"spec_menu 0");
For remove "Press duck for menu spectator"
PHP Code:

You cannot change clients config WITHOUT PERMISSION.
It's against rules. Plus what you said is 000000000000000000% related to what he is asking for !

Then explain what is he really asking instead of doing bullshit posts, thank you.
Also, why would be this some kind of slow hacking? Is he trying to do bad things to the client?
Please, for the next time, if you think something is wrong, explain why, otherwise they are just empty words.

Intentions are not relevant. If someone want's to change their own settings, they can change them themselves.

Do not be rude, anyways you cannot change client's config if server and client isn't no-steam.

Basically you can't do anything with the client if he has a no-steam client.
